Slide the drops until two halves sit side by side.

Set up the board
How the round plays. The words themselves come from the set.
LettersWhich letters this round. After each group the learner can carry on or finish later, and next time starts where they stopped.
Light the next pairThe next letter and its partner glow, in alphabet order. Off: find any pair, in any order.
Pictures on the coloursA small picture on each colour (an apple on red, a frog on green), for learners who find some colours hard to tell apart.
Order mattersHalves always have to be side by side — stacked is never a match. This decides whether the direction counts too: on for collocations, where the first half must be on the left; off for antonyms, where either half can lead.
Match each pairOn Twice, a matched pair sinks and then falls back in a few matches later, once it has had time to be forgotten. The second time is recall rather than recognition.
HintsAfter a quiet spell, two halves that belong together start to glow.
Move limitA budget of slides for the whole board. Off by default — this game has no clock.
